Kai Sheng is a certified personal trainer with specialisation in strength and conditioning. He served as a Commando for his National Service and has gone through one of the most demanding training. From the Commando training, Kai Sheng has developed strong mental resilience and does not believe in giving up until he achieves his goal. He also shares the same principle in his training and encourages his trainees to push through their mental barriers and limits.
He is also a Krav Maga practitioner, and is currently pursuing this unique martial art as his personal interest.
