Class is a strength and conditioning workshop curated to help you to work on multiple modalities in one training. The concept is simple. If we do not condition our bodies to go through various challenges in one training, we often find difficulties to excel in obstacle course racing whereby we need to utilise both our aerobic and anaerobic base. This usually results in cramps and leaving us out of breath which hinges our performance. workshop aims to give you a good foundation so that you are on a solid ground to slay the beast. Trail run is essential to condition our stability muscles during runs and it is a critical part of the training. However, what makes it a superior training is that you will be playing in multiple modalities such as agility, speed, power, endurance, flexibility and strength in one training. We also have a mobility and flexibility component in the workshop to give the well-used muscles some tender loving care. 

This workshop does not focus on obstacle-clearing. The workshop is created to help you to develop an edge over other athletes and it is meant to compliment your regular training.

Every workshop is held at a different spot in Singapore from 9am to 11am.  Each drop-in is $49. If you want to be a well-rounded athlete, this is definitely the training for you. #BeThePlayer
